Blue is definitely the new black!! Why not there are so many variety of shades of blue and can play it up in so many ways, where as black, not so much.

I saw this and loved it!! Because its better then the nail polish with the thin brush, because it does not imput a lot of polish and is a easier applicant to put on the nail itself. I recommend this product highly to everyone!!!
